Some of our guests may reply yet you have contacted them anyway. Why is that?
Sometimes, messages are not clear and are difficult to understand. Another reason for a call back is that one guest may have responded for another guest, but did not give the last name of the second guest. Some guests ask to be called back to confirm their response. We aim to please.
Our invitations are already ordered; can we still use your service?
Yes! You have a choice of either purchasing blank response cards at a stationery store and printing our contact information on them yourself on your computer or have your printer do this for you.
What if we need to revise or update our guest list AFTER it has been forwarded to you?
The ideal situation is that your guest list is complete before we receive it, but if you need to make modifications, we understand. Any additions can be made by contacting us by e-mail, fax, or phone. We will need your registration number, wedding date, and bride or groom’s last name. Since your fee is based on the total number of invitations, any substantial additions may be billed accordingly. If you do not want us to contact a particular guest, do not include his or her phone number on your guest list; but do include this name(s) for final count purposes. We are not responsible for an increase in the number of guests after the final guest is given to you.
What additional information can you provide to our guest(s) as they R.S.V.P?
We provide additional information provided by you regarding registry vendors, accommodation, and special meal requirements (e.g. vegetarian) with no additional charge.
What if you do not receive a guest reply?
The day after your R.S.V.P. deadline, we begin to call the un-confirmed guests. We make three attempts to contact your guest(s): a) between the hours of 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. on weekdays one time per day and wait 48 hours for a response before we try again. If after the first two phone calls with no response, we often make a last attempt on a weekend, between the hours of 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.. If after three unsuccessful attempts to contact your individual guests, their name(s) will not be included in the final guest count.
Can we get a daily total of the responses?
Yes of course! Up until your R.S.V.P. deadline on your invitation, we will give you a number count if requested. However, once we begin following up on unconfirmed guests, we cannot give an updated list until the final fee for service is paid.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal cheques, and credit cards, Visa and MasterCard through our PayPal account.
