LUXURY
(Luxury of Time)
Full R.S.V.P. Service

The Luxury of Time R.S.V.P. Service begins as soon as you are engaged.  Included:

• R.S.V.P. reception cards/labels indicating various avenues for your guests' replies.

• Thanx on Time mailing address.

• Thanx on Time e-mail address.

•  Your R.S.V.P. deadline.

• A Guest List Template for your completion to include guest information:
  • name
  • address
  • telephone Number
  • e-mail Address, if applicable
  • relationship to bride and groom (i.e. cousin, sister, godmother)

• Notation of guest replies as responses are returned (date received)

• Current template update upon request on daily basis until R.S.V.P. deadline

• Review of guest replies one week prior to R.S.V.P. deadline

• Personal contact of each unconfirmed guest

• Guest information as directed on:
  •  accommodations for out-of-town guests
  •  registry locations, only if requested
  •  local tourist attractions

 Current response list until R.S.V.P. deadline and meet on one additional occasion after 10 (ten) days following the R.S.V.P. deadline as specified on your wedding invitation.

• A thorough review of guest replies one week prior to R.S.V.P. deadline.

• Contact each unconfirmed guest:: week-day – once during the day, once during the evening and once on week-end.

•  A record of unconfirmed responses

• A review of guest template to ensure all responses have been received.

• Signed and dated template in exchange for payment 10 (ten) days following the R.S.V.P. deadline as per wedding invitation.

(Moments in Time)
Time Conscience R.S.V.P. Service

Our Moments in Time, Time Conscience R.S.V.P. Service begins the day before your invitations are mailed.  Your guest list must be submitted in word or excel document format that includes the following:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone Number
• E-mail Address, if applicable
• Number of guests invited (invitation specific) (including children, if applicable)
• Number of guests attending
• Number of guests, regrets
• Relationship to bride and groom (i.e. cousin, sister, godmother)
• Date Response Received (optional)
• Comments Column (for Thanx on Time Office use Only)

I will:

• Record replies already received by you (to keep your guest list replies current)
•  Note guest replies as responses are returned (date received)
•  Update guest template as responses are received
•  Provide guest count update upon request until R.S.V.P. deadline
• Review guest replies one week prior to R.S.V.P. deadline
• Conduct courteous personal reminders to individual guests who have not responded the day following your R.S.V.P. date on your invitation,
• Provides a complete count of guests’ confirmations and regrets within a contract-specific timeline
  • Provide information to guests as directed on: accommodations for out-of-town guests
  •  registry locations, only if requested
  •  local tourist attractions

The Moments in Time
$1.60/invitation

Please note:  A Registration Fee of $40.00 (non-refundable) is due at the set-up and reservation of your wedding date.  You will receive a Thanx on Time contact information form for your completion.  From this, a contract will be forwarded to you for your signature.     

Our R.S.V.P. Tracking Service will take the responsibility of speaking to invited guests; you will not have another ‘last minute’ detail of asking someone you know to take on what may be a delicate task.
