Thanx on Time will follow your wedding invitations from mailing to guest responses. Final guest numbers are so important for your caterer, wedding favours, flowers and all the little details that rely on the number of invited guests in attendance.
When your friends and family respond either by telephone or e-mail, they are encouraged to leave only their first name and telephone number and their call will be returned to confirm their response. Guests who have not responded will be contacted in a courteous and tactful manner to ensure that you have an accurate final count.
Your guest register, either provided by you or set up by me, is retained and updated as responses are received from your invited guests.
This service is designed to represent you. Should the need arise where you have additional information for your guests, such as bridal registries and hotel information, this will be relayed to them. Delicate issue of guests who respond with additional guest numbers that include friends in for the weekend or visiting family members will be addressed with polite, tact, and diplomacy as it is understood that your chosen reception facility can accommodate a limited number. If there are guests on your list that you do not wish us to contact, omit their telephone numbers from the list. Their name(s) will be required as their attendance will need to be included with the final count.

Using Thanx on Time R.S.V.P. Service, you can save extra costs of purchasing response cards, envelopes and postage. All you need to do is provide your guests with my telephone number and e-mail address. Of course, this information may be printed on reception cards and you may save on mailing and return envelope postage.
